One bedroom apartment: double bed (or two singles), living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom and terrace with table, chair and lawn chair.
Two bedroom apartment: 1 double bed, 1 twin bedroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom and veranda with table, chair and lawn chair.
Deluxe two bedroom apartment: apartment in front of the sea; 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom and veranda with table, chair and lawn chair.
Junior suite:double bedroom, living room with with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom and veranda with table, chair, lawn chair and view to the sea.
Suite: One bedroom apartment with a large terrace in front of the sea.
Kitchen: complete set of kitchen utensils, ceramic stove, refrigerator and freezer Safe, ceiling fans, television and bathroom with hairdryer
The price includes utilities (water, electricity and gas), bed and bathroom linen with change every 4 days.

The surrounding garden is typically meditteranean and equipped of gazebo with barbecue, children’s play area, biological garden, outdoor gymnastics course, swimming pool with jacuzzi. The Residence includes also a bar (coffee shop), a small library, a panoramic meeting hall with WI-FI area and a private landing quay.
