POSITION:
4-star residence, located directly at the seaside, surrounded by the green of a most beautiful Mediterranean park with fitness-pool, underwater massage, and chill-out zone. The eco-hotel, built in highest consideration of the environment, furthermore provides a panorama hall for events and meetings, a stairway serving as access to the sea, an exclusive landing stage, a garden with pavilion, barbecue, games for children, an organic potager, library - gambling hall.
The café bistro offers a daily breakfast buffet with local, organic, and dietary foods, as well as brunch with salads and cold-served meals. Gastronomic dishes, raw fish (tartar, carpaccio, Catalan) on order.

THREE-ROOM-APARTMENT: 1 double room, 1 room providing 2 single beds, living room with kitchen and sofa bed, bathroom, bathroom antechamber, patio with table, chairs and deckchair; ground floor.
THREE-ROOM-APARTMENT DE LUXE: three-room-apartment right across the seaside.
JUNIOR SUITE: two-room-suite in the first floor, with balcony offering a view onto the sea.
SUITE: two-room-suite in the first floor, with spacious terrace right across the seaside.
All apartments are equipped with: complete tableware, electric cooking plates, refrigerator with freezer compartment, safe, ceiling fan, TV, and hair dryer.

| The weekly fee (7 nights) per apartment comprises: accommodation, energy consumption, use of pool and chill-out zone, baggage handling, W-LAN internet (available at the café bistro and in the panorama hall). Not included is the fee generally charged per each apartment (one-room-apartment EUR 40; two-room-apartment and Junior Suite EUR 50; three-room-apartment de luxe and suite EUR 60), which covers bed linen and its weekly replacement, towels to be replaced each 4 days, and the apartments' final cleaning. Also not included is the fee charged for an additional bed*, amounting to EUR 10 per day (for a third person in two-room-apartment / Junior Suite/ suite, or a fifth person in the three-room-apartment, respectively). |

Honeymoon Special Package
The Package comprise reception with flowers and champagne, round-island trip by boat at sunset, including aperitif and romantic dinner at the residence.

EXTENSIONS:
breakfast buffet: EUR 6 per person
- daily cleaning service: one-room-apartment EUR 20; two-room-apartment and Junior Suite EUR 25; three-room-apartment and suite EUR 30.
- additional laundry replacement: EUR 5 per person
- pets allowed: EUR 5 per day
- cradle or child's bed: EUR 30.00 per week
- barbecue, rental of beach towels, sunshades, canoes, use of washing machine
- assortment of local DOC wines at the apartment
- transfer from and to the airports of Palermo and Trapani
The apartments are available up from 05.00 p.m. at arrival day, and will have to be cleared until 10.00 a.m. at your departure day (for the optionally available day use we charge a premium in the amount of 50% of the respective daily fee).
