Marettimo is a 4 star Residence, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean gardens and with a sea front location. The eco-friendly residence has been created to fully respect the environment of the surrounding area and offers various apartment types:

• Studio apartment: living room with kitchenette and double bed (or two singles), bathroom, terrace with table, chair and      sun-lounger
• One bedroom apartment: double bedroom (or two singles), living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom and           terrace with table, chair and sun-lounger.
• Two bedroom apartment: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom and      veranda with table, chair and sun-lounger.
• Deluxe two bedroom apartment: apartment in front of the sea; 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, living room with         kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom and veranda with table, chair and lawn chair.
• Junior suite: double bedroom, living room with with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom and veranda with table, chair,          sun-lounger and sea view.
• Suite: apartment bilocale with a large terrace in front of the sea.
• Kitchen: complete set of kitchen utensils, ceramic stove, refrigerator and freezer
• Safe, ceiling fans, television and bathroom with hairdryer

Prices include utilities (water, electricity and gas) and all bed linen and towels (with a weekly change).

• Mandatory final cleaning: studio € 35, one bedroom and junior suite € 45, two bedroom and suite € 55.
